And lo and behold, they make shopping easy for parents these days. Who knew how fun it could be to shop with a toddler when there are fancy play stations conveniently located by the Stride Rite store? And when she was good and tired, mama got to do a little long-overdue retail therapy for herself. It was an indulgence but I needed it.
I just have to say--Oh where, oh where has my little girl gone?
I mean, does this kid look like a 2 year old to you? No one told me that 2 was so BIG and WISE.

She made friends easily, being a social butterfly by nature. And this gregarious little girl was cheerful and inviting.

Just striking a pose, ripping her mama's heart out a thousand times a day.

Wow Monica!!! She does look like she has grown!!! I think every store should have a play place - or maybe not! I would shop way too much!! Haha
Good Sunday evening friends - it looks like it was a pretty good week at your place, some play, some shopping, and some 'trail time' - OK - 2 YO trail time - but you get the idea! She really is a sweet, and concerning the bike - maybe thinking Christmas present? While it probably won't keep up with your best pace, some of those battery driven off road vehicles can muster about 5 MPH - and might give her a fighting chance to keep up! (But take a spare battery - they are a real drag to push home and a mite heavy to carry too far! :)
hugs - aus and co.
Monica, I am so sorry I have been out of touch for so long. I am in awe of how much Jasmine has grown and changed over the summer - amazing! I hope to get up to speed and maybe even do a little blogging of my own. I missed you!
Hugs, Laura Beth
